"Addiction Free and Loving Life" Teleconference Call !
These teleconference calls provide three components:

| Themes such as neurobiology of addiction, nutrition, and mindfulness. | |
| 2. | Mastering skills for resiliency: |
| Triggers, coping, and motivation for optimal well-being. | |
| 3. | Weekly personal sharing with support: |
| Opportunity to address individual concerns and questions. |
Times offered: Tuesdays at 12 noon and Thursdays at 12 noon. I am offering 60 minute and 90 minute calls weekly. Morning and Evening calls available by request.
Fee: $65.00 per week. Classes are offered in packages of 6 at $390.00.
