I am an out-of-network provider. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellations.  If you are scheduled for four sessions a month, and miss one, you can reschedule the missed appointment.
