In this experiential "play shop", Scott and Greta will provide participants with specific tools and practices to cope with even the most challenging issues and relationships. We will learn & practice ways to create new neural pathways to shift from triggers to trust, pain to peace, and conflict to connection.
Scott and Greta will provide specific examples & demonstrations of how to deal with life's complexities, and also work with scenarios from the audience.
